Leo is a big old boy and would make a nice buddy for someone. He acts like a lively, playful younger dog when toys or other dogs are present. He does have some medical issues that need watching so please ask the staff at the Animal Welfare League about them. He may not be adopted to a household with children under 12 years.

Leo is available through the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. The League provides temporary care and refuge for homeless and suffering animals; places animals in loving, responsible homes; provides animal control services to Arlington County; and educates the public and provides a wide variety of community services. On Saturday January 31, KBK’s own Michelle D’Ettorre, Mrs. Alexandria attended “Shelter Dogs go to the Movies” to benefit the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. The shelter partnered with Regal Cinemas at the Ballston Mall to hold this event in conjunction with the movie “Hotel for Dogs.” Barkley Square Bakery, Karing by Kristina and Dogtopia were on hand to give movie goers dog treats to bring home as well as information on Pet Care.
